license / permit bond

A License Bond is used interchangeably with the term “Permit Bond” to describe bonds required by state law, municipal ordinance or regulation, to be filed prior to the granting of a license to engage in a particular business or a permit to exercise a particular privilege.

Such bonds provide payment to the obligee or, in some instances, to third parties for loss or damage resulting from violations by the licensee of the duties and obligations imposed upon him or her.

Important Notice to Our Customers and Partners

REGARDING COVID-19:

As we enter the new 'Healthy Washington' plan, Biggs is pleased to once again allow on-premises visits from our customers.

However, given that many of our crew will continue to primarily opt for telework, for the time being, we ask that you make an appointment in advance so you can be assured your representative will be present.

Our phones remain staffed from 8:30am-5pm, M-F, and if you want to email your agent directly but don’t have their info, you may find it here.

Thanks for your patience, and stay healthy.
