Every month one of our team members shares a little something about themselves, so you can get to know them better. This month, Account Executive Karmen Ayres has an interesting favorite meal choice:

Q: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

A: I would say my family.. I know, why don’t you make them stuck as well? They have been stuck with me for years- they’ll get over it. I have got to have human interaction!

Q: You won the lottery! What’s your first purchase?

A: Honestly, I am a small town girl, Aberdeen, Washington grown; I would buy myself a fishing cabin in the middle of nowhere on a beautiful river filled with all the fish I could need. This cabin of course would be near several clear-cuts ( perfect for scouting all year round) and equipped with ATVs, my personal gun collection (bow and rifle) and a lighter IPA on tap. “Beer and guns, yep!”

Q: Where is your dream destination?

I really want to travel to Thailand, anywhere tropical. However Destination meaning end point would be my cabin in the woods- no worries/emails/voicemails/policy premiums to worry about! Me and my hubby, after kids grow old of course 😉

Q: Your absolute favorite meal?

A: Mac and Cheese with Applesauce all over the top.. yeah I know odd..Mark upstairs hates cheese- I’m not THAT weird.

Q: What is one of your guilty pleasures?

A: Can I only have one? 😉 I LOVE the backstreet boys- shame I know.

Q: Tell us about your proudest moment.

A: Hasn’t happened- I am saving that one for something BIG. Besides, I  haven’t won the lottery.

Q: What does success look like to you?

A: Happiness within myself- Having love in my life

Q: If you had a superpower, what would it be?

A: Teleportation- I would never be late and boy could I FREAK people out.

Important Notice to Our Customers and Partners

As we enter the new 'Healthy Washington' plan, Biggs is pleased to once again allow on-premises visits from our customers.

However, given that many of our crew will continue to primarily opt for telework, for the time being, we ask that you make an appointment in advance so you can be assured your representative will be present.

Our phones remain staffed from 8:30am-5pm, M-F, and if you want to email your agent directly but don’t have their info, you may find it here.

Thanks for your patience, and stay healthy.
