Every month, we like to introduce you to one of our incredible staff. This month, our Personal Lines Account Manager Tracy Lovette talks about her family’s heartwarming new Christmas tradition.

You won the lottery! What’s your first purchase?

A large vacation home overlooking the ocean, but one with a rocky coastline… I don’t like sand.  It has to be large enough to accommodate all of my family and close friends.  I don’t like being alone.

Share one thing you love to do that you always strive to include in your daily routine.

10-min breaks outside to myself every morning.  I breathe deeply and have quiet time to reflect and meditate on my day.

What are some of your favorite hobbies or activities?

Getting together with friends to play softball, camping, and binge watching Netflix original series.

Tell us about one of your most memorable experiences.

My family decided that we were going to give to others for Christmas this year.  With my children getting older it seemed to be getting more and more difficult to find the perfect gift.  We delivered socks, blankets, breakfast burritos, gloves, tarps and hand warmers to the homeless on Christmas morning and it was a WONDERFUL experience for everyone and our hearts were full.  We plan to make this a Christmas tradition.

What is your favorite Biggs story?

Our most recent personal lines luncheon was a blast!  It gave me the opportunity to practice my amateur stand-up comedy routine to my beloved coworkers.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

Amazon Prime deliveries.

Is your favorite season spring, summer, winter, or fall – and why?

Summer.  I wake up early and enjoy the warmer mornings, and as a person who tends to be in bed by 8:00 in the winter, I get to stay up until 9:00!

What was your first job?

Dairy Queen.  It’s where I began perfecting my customer service skills and love of chocolate covered banana blizzards.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

Speed.  I am a very enthusiastic mental runner.  This means that I can mentally run AMAZING, but in real life I am as slow as a turtle.
